Example

At a recent trade fair, you met a consultant who works closely with a company that you have identified as a prospective customer. You want to maintain contact with the consultant in hopes that the relationship can enhance your chances of securing a deal with the prospective customer and identifying other prospective customers.

To enter the consultant as a contact person, you need to create a new contact person record in the system. To do this, select Contact Persons  ® Details from the navigation bar. On the Contact Person tile, select New. The application displays the fields that are available for data entry. For more information about creating a contact person, see the user documentation in the SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com.
