Managing Crystal Reports (RSCR_ADMIN_REPORTS)
To be able to execute Crystal Reports, you need to have stored them in BW, removed them from there and published them in the Crystal Enterprise server component.
The system executes this publishing automatically.
· when saving an active version of a Crystal Report in BW.
· when activating Business Content
Under certain circumstances it may, however, be necessary to start publishing separately on Crystal Enterprise.

This is the case if:
automatic publishing proves difficult.the system landscape is changed, for example if the server, on which Crystal Enterprise is installed, is switched.Use the SAP report RSCR_ADMIN_REPORTS in such cases.
The report also allows you to delete Crystal Reports.
You can also continue to use the SAP report RSCR_CHECK_INSTALLATION_PARAMS to change the system landscape.
You can find additional information in Check Installation Setting (RSCR_CHECK_INSTALLATION_PARAMS).
To publish or delete reports, the user must have administrator rights for Crystal Enterprise.
You can use this report to manage Crystal Reports. The following functions are supported:
· (mass) publishing of Crystal Reports.
· (mass) deletion of Crystal Reports.
If required, executing these functions can be restricted to certain roles.
