Transfer of Business Partner Data to Groupware 

You can synchronize business partner data in SAP CRM with Groupware. To do so, you need to perform appropriate activities and make appropriate settings in CRM Middleware.

For the synchronization of business partner data, you need to create required objects in CRM Middleware. These include, among others; sites, subscriptions and special replication objects. In order to replicate the business partner data in the public contact directory, for example, in Microsoft Outlook’s global address list and/or in the Groupware personal contact directory, you must also execute an initial load for relevant objects.

The following options are available for the data transfer of business partners with Groupware:
