Purpose

One of the tasks of marketing is to transmit information to existing or potential customers via a variety of channels.

Within the CRM Marketing Planner, you are able to assign a target group to a particular marketing plan element or campaign element. From here, you can then contact members of a target group via a variety of channels including telephone, E-mail, letter, fax, and SMS.

Mails can be personalized in the sense that the content and format of the mail can be tailored to the recipient’s individual profile by defining conditions as to when certain content is sent.

From within the CRM Marketing Planner, a mail can be sent to all persons assigned to a given target group.
