Mail Forms 
Mail forms are used for direct mailing in conjunction with marketing campaigns. They facilitate personalized communication with business partners on a mass scale. The layout and content of a mail form can be adapted according to the communication channel (E-mail, letter, fax, and SMS) selected.
You send
personalized mails from within the CRM Marketing Planner where you assign
target groups to a given marketing element. The marketing mail is then sent to
