Displaying the Condition Records for a Product 
Use
You use this procedure to view all the condition records for a product based on the sales area of the product. A condition record is a data record that stores a
condition.The Condition Selection Manager displays the condition records for all the available condition types for a given product.
A Condition Type is a characteristic of a condition record. A condition type shows a specific aspect of the pricing activities. You can define a condition type for any price, surcharge, or discount that occurs in your business transactions. Condition types are maintained in CRM Online. For more information, see
Condition Types.
In pricing, different condition types are used to distinguish between a discount that refers to a net price and a discount that refers to a gross price.
Prerequisites
You have maintained condition records in CRM Online, and have downloaded these condition records to the mobile client. For more information, see

The Products/Condition Selection Manager tile set appears
The Products Search dialog box appears.
The selected product appears in the field Product No and the field Description displays the default description of the product.
OR
You can also select the product for which you want to display all the conditions, using Products ® Search.
The product record appears on the Products List tile.
The selected product is displayed in the field Product No, and the field Description is defaulted to the description of the product.
The Sales Areas dialog box appears. Sales Areas displays the sales organization and distribution channel to which the product belongs.
The sales organization is displayed in the Sales Area field. The distribution channel and division are defaulted and are not editable.

A sales area is a combination of the distribution channel, sales organization, and the division.
The Conditions Records Panel appears. Choose the
icon at the top right corner to minimize the Conditions Records Panel.

You can choose Clear to enter and search for the condition records of another product.
The Conditions Records Panel consists of two parts:

SOLD_TO_PARTY
SOLD_TO_PARTY here, is a characteristic of the condition record. Sold To Party is a business partner, who is either a person or an organization, who places an order for products or services. Based on the SOLD_TO_PARTY all the condition records are displayed for the selected product.
SOLD_TO_PARTY (Independent) indicates that the characteristic is not specific to any business partner. Therefore the condition records displayed are not specific to any business partner.

You can choose:
- The
icon on the division bar to collapse the left hand part
- The
icon on the division bar to expand and display the left hand part
You can choose the
icon at the bottom of the Conditions Records section to display the Condition Record Details. The Condition Record Details section has two tabs.

Rate |
The rate defined for a scale value in a condition record. For example, a product has a scale value of 1 – 10 pieces and is sold at 10 Euros for this scale, where 1-10 is the scale value, and 10 Euros is the rate. |

In pricing of a product the rate and scale value are used to calculate the condition value for a document item.
A scale is a unit of measure based on which a product is priced. |

A table that defines the structure of the condition record. |

You can create condition records for specific product prices.

Indicates the conversion amount from one currency to another |

A company calculates a product price in Euro and a customer requires the product price in Pounds, then the system displays product price both in Euro and in Pounds. |

There are two scale types:
Using From-scale, the specified scale price, discount, or surcharge applies if a particular value or quantity is reached or exceeded.
On a scale value of 1-10 a discount of 100 Euro is granted if 10 or more pieces are ordered. |

A value or quantity that the system uses to determine a scale level. |

It defines how the system interprets the pricing scale of a condition. Depending on the scale basis, the scale can be a value, quantity, weight, or volume scale.
Scale basis for the quantity scale can be pieces, boxes, or cartons. Based on this, a scale value is calculated. |
