Function documentationMaster Data Replication from SAP ERP to Demand Data Foundation

If you use an SAP ERP system as the leading master data system, you can use the data replication framework (DRF) to replicate data from SAP ERP to the Demand Data Foundation module in SAP Customer Activity Repository.

Integration

Note Note

You can replicate article hierarchies with status Active, Disabled, and Planned (time-dependent).

End of the note.

DDF can receive the following master data:

  • Consumption

  • Inventory

  • Location

  • Location hierarchy

  • Moving average price

  • Offer

  • Product

  • Product hierarchy

  • Product location combination

  • Source of supply

  • Vendor

For more information about the integration, see Start of the navigation path http://help.sap.com/carInformation published on non-SAP site Next navigation step <your release> Next navigation step Installation and Upgrade Information Next navigation step Master Guide Next navigation step Introduction to SAP Customer Activity Repository End of the navigation path.

Prerequisites

You have read the documentation and completed the relevant configuration steps for the Enabling Demand Data Foundation and Creating Demand Forecast business process. For more information, see the Documentation and Configuration tabs for this business process in the following business scenarios in SAP Solution Manager:

  • Customer Activity Repository

  • Assortment Planning for Retail

  • Promotion Management for Retail

Features

This integration landscape ensures seamless data integrity.
