Synchronizing Insight Data

From the Administration Configuration action pane in Administration, choose Manage Insight.
Choose Configure System.
Choose Synchronize.
To set up this synchronization as a regular schedule, proceed as follows:
1. Choose Schedule Synchronization.
2. Choose a frequency, then specify a time of day.
3. Enter your user name and password.
Do one or both of the following:
- Choose Apply to enable the schedule.
- Choose Synchronize Now to begin the synchronization process immediately.
