Procedure

  1. From the Administration Configuration action pane in Administration, choose Manage Insight.

  2. Choose Configure System.

  3. Choose Synchronize.

  4. To set up this synchronization as a regular schedule, proceed as follows:

    1. Choose Schedule Synchronization.

    2. Choose a frequency, then specify a time of day.

    3. Enter your user name and password.

  5. Do one or both of the following:

    • Choose Apply to enable the schedule.

    • Choose Synchronize Now to begin the synchronization process immediately.
