You use Analysis Tasks to change your view in Interface for the Web, and as the starting point for building reports.

Features

There are several tasks available from the Insight Options action pane. The following table describes the tasks available under the Analysis Tasks category.

Task

Description

Change this view

Opens the Change View Options action pane, where you can take the following actions:

  • Specify the applications to display in the dashboard

  • Specify the KPIs to display in the dashboard

  • Modify the presentation of variances in the KPIs

Change data scaling

Opens the Data Scale Options action pane, where you can change the way number values are displayed in the dashboard.

Graph account data

Opens the View Chart Options action pane, where you can display a graph for a KPI

View Radar

View Dashboard

Toggles the display from the Radar view to the Dashboard. In the Radar view, you can take the following actions:

  • Click a KPI name to see its Variance view.

  • Click Play to show monthly KPI values within a 12 period loop.

  • Click Next to show KPI values for the next time period.

  • Click Prev to show KPI values for the previous time period.

View alerts

Opens the View Alert Options action pane where you can change dashboard alert options.

View predictions

Allows you to view predictions (relationships between KPIs and other accounts).

View actions

Allows you to view and edit existing actions. Actions are notes that you can attach to the KPI.

Build report

Allows you to build an Insight Flash report.
