Clear

This package sets the values to zero for a region of data specified by the user. The user must select at least one dimension member. See Clearing Application Data.

Copy

This package copies data between dimension members within applications. See Copying Application Data.

Import Master Data

This package allows you to load dimension member data directly into a Planning and Consolidation dimension.

Import Transaction Data

This package imports one or more ASCII files into the current application. You are prompted for the following selections:

The signs of the amounts are reversed based on the Account type. You can use the import.xls transformation file with this package.

Load Transaction Data from InfoProvider

This packages allow you to load data from a BW InfoProvider using selection criteria defined in the Option section of a transformation file. See Import Data from a BW InfoProvider.

Move

This package moves any selection of data within an application. You are prompted for source and destination data selections for all dimensions. The destination fact table records are cleared before the source records are moved. The source fact table records are cleared after they are moved to the destination. See Moving Application Data.

Export Transaction Data

This package exports transaction data from an application to a flat file. You are prompted for the following selections:

Export Master Data
