Run BW Process Chain 
You can define a Data Manager package to execute a BW process chain defined in the SAP NetWeaver system by using the /CPMB/TRIGGER_BW_CHAIN process chain.
Activities
Create a Data Manager package by using the corresponding process chains (see Package Usage).
Run the Data Manager package as follows:
Log on to the Planning and Consolidation Office module.
On the action pane, choose
Manage data 
Run a package 
.Choose the package created in step 1 and choose Run.
Enter the BW process chain name.
NoteContact your system administrator to obtain the technical name of the BW process chain to execute (see Process Chains Delivered with ApShell).

Run now
Schedule
Run now & schedule
Choose Finish.
