Running Account Settlements (Mass Processing) You can use the report
RBCA_SETTLE_RUN_PP
to execute a the mass run of
account settlements
, which meet the selection criteria, and are due according to the time periods.
The system uses the starting balance of the contract, the transaction figures, and the conditions to calculate the interest and charges. It executes value dates in the past for corrections of previous periods also. The interest and charges are posted and the time periods updated.

You can start the report with the
BCA_ACBAL_ACC_M
transaction. Alternatively, you can choose the relevant transaction from the
SAP Easy Access
screen under
.
You can also settle accounts with different settlement dates in a mass run. You can use the Business Transaction Event (BTE)0BCA4005 for this purpose. For each account, you define a specific period end date for the current period to be settled.
Note the following dependencies:
You can shorten the period from the account master data, but cannot lengthen it.
If the settlement date (period end date) that you entered in the BTE is after the period end date from the time period, then the account is settled on the date from the time period.
If the settlement date (period end date) that you entered in the BTE is before the period end date from the time period, then the account is settled on the date from the BTE.
