Procedure documentationEditing Inpayment Agreements

On the Inpayment Agreement tab page you can define the general data for one or more inpayment agreements for a loan account. The system assigns product standard payment conditions to the general data. You can also individualize the standard conditions and assign individual payment conditions to the general data.

Note Note

You can assign the pricing conditions to the account on the Financial Conditions tab page by means of the condition group. Alternatively, the system enters these by default via the product. You can still change the condition group here. On the Condition Fixing tab page, you then predefine the condition fixing period of the pricing conditions for the account.

End of the note.

Prerequisites

You have activated the Inpayment Agreement feature in the product on which the account is based in Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) under Create Account Product or Change Account Product. You have also made the settings for the product attributes under the Inpayment Agreement node.

Procedure

  1. Choose Create.

  2. Enter data as required.

Note Note

You can handle the payment for interest, repayment, and charges differently, for example. The time periods of the payment condition for charges can be different from those of the pricing condition for charges, for example. The due date of the pricing condition for charges can be weekly, while that of the payment condition for charges is monthly, for example.

However, you can also make the settings in such a way that the due date of the payment condition is predefined by the due date of the pricing conditions. In this case, the payment condition does not have its own date category.

End of the note.

Note Note

Note that you can also make changes to the inpayment agreement using the Change Payment Plan order.

End of the note.

Note Note

If you have changed the inpayment agreement, you must save the contract before you calculate the cash flow. This ensures that the system displays the cash flow correctly.

End of the note.

Result

You have entered the data for an inpayment agreement.
