Disbursing Loans The
Disburse Loan
function groups the entire functions of the
Disbursement
business object.
You can carry out the following steps for the disbursement of a loan:

Reverse

You have also made the settings for the objects generated by the order in Customizing for

From the
SAP Easy Access
screen, choose
The system displays the
Disburse Loan
screen where you can choose one of the following three functions:
Create
Change
Display
The system runs checks for the following methods:
Activate
Deactivate
Reverse
For more information about the checks, see the
Integration
section in
Disbursement
. You can also define these methods for the release process. For more information, see
Release Object OR_DISB (Disbursement)
.
To create a new order, choose
Create
or
Show New Creation Area
in the initial screen and enter the data for creating an order. The system creates an order number accordingly.
Enter the necessary data on the
Disbursement
tab page (see the
Integration
section in the documentation for
Disbursement
.
Choose
Save
to enter the order. As a result, the disbursement has the status
Entered
.
Enter the order number in the initial screen for the function to process a disbursement order. Choose
Change.
Choose
Delete.
You can only delete disbursement orders with status
Entered
. The system checks whether it is possible to delete the order
The system deletes the order.
Enter the order number in the initial screen for the function to process a disbursement order. Choose
Change.
Choose
Activate
.
The system performs the same checks that it runs when an order is entered.
Once you have saved the order, the system sets the status to
Activated.
In this way a disbursement order is created.
You can make changes to an activated order, provided that the disbursement has not yet been executed and
account billing
has not taken place on the basis of the activation.
Enter the order number in the initial screen for the function to process a disbursement order. Choose
Change.
Choose
Deactivate
. You can only deactivate orders for which disbursement and account billing have not taken place.
The system sets the status of the disbursement to
Deactivated
and deletes and deletes any forward orders created, any payment orders created, and any prenotes that were created by the activation. If requested, the system triggers correspondence with the borrower.
Note
When you reverse a disbursement order, the system does not trigger the recovery of the amount from the borrower automatically. For more information, see message number

Enter the order number in the initial screen for the function to process a disbursement. Choose
Change.
Choose
Reverse.
You can only reverse activated orders. You can either reverse the entire disbursement or just the charges.
The system checks the execution date. It must not be after the posting date for payment transactions for the bank posting area. The system sets the status of the disbursement to
Reversed.
If requested, the system triggers correspondence with the borrower. In cases where a loan has more than one disbursement in a day, the disbursement charge and discount are only applied once.
