Editing Combined Statement Agreements
On the Combined Statement
tab page, you can create, change, and deactivate combined statement agreements in master contracts. You can also specify the time periods that the system is to use for creating the combined statements.
In Customizing for Master Contract Management (FS-MCM) in the Customizing activity Create Master Contract Product
or Change Master Contract Product
in the underlying master contract product, you have activated the combined statement and made settings for the product attributes under the Combined Statement
node.
To predefine the datasets for the data output in the connected Output Management System (OMS), choose the following in Customizing for .
Specifying Validity Periods
When you create a new master contract, the system automatically inserts an unrestricted validity period on the Combined Statement
tab page. This validity period starts with the contract creation date (for example, 5/25/2009 − 12/31/9999).
To specify different time periods, you can split up the period. Choose
(Split Interval
). If you have created multiple validity periods, you can merge these later on. Choose
(Merge Interval
).
Specifying Time Periods
Specify the time parameters for the periodic creation of the combined statement.
Note
If the starting date in a product is predefined, the system automatically inserts the date. If this is not the case, you need to enter the starting date manually.
Activating Combined Statement Agreements
When you create the master contract, the system automatically inserts the agreement status Activated
. When you save the master contract, the status of the combined statement agreement changes to Activated
.
You can change a combined statement agreement in the present and the future. You can make a change in the past if the change is after the last execution date of the combined statement.
You can change an agreement, for example, by splitting a period, and specifying for each period different time period data.
Caution
If you deactivate a combined statement agreement for a period in the past or in the future, the agreement is deactivated for this and all future periods. You can no longer reactivate an agreement once you have deactivated it.
To deactivate a combined statement agreement, select the period of time and choose
(Deactivate
).
If you have created multiple periods, you can deactivate the combined statement agreement for a period in the future. This does not affect the validity of the agreement in the past and the future.
