Editing a Card
Prerequisites
You are on the
Card
tab page in one of the following functions:
Create PLM Document for an Account
Create PLM Document for Card(s)
Create PLM Document for a Business Partner
The document status allows you to edit the PLM document.
The
Business Workplace
checkbox is not set.
Procedure
Select the cards you want to lock by using drag & drop to copy them from the
Selectable Cards and Card Types
group box to the
Selected Cards
group box.
In the
Selectable Cards and Card Types
group box, the system sets the
Selected Card
indicator for all selected cards or card types.
In the
Selected Cards
group box, if you choose the
Display Cards with BP and Their Roles
button, the system displays a list of all selected cards with all business partners and all their roles. You can double-click individual objects to display them.
In the
Selectable Cards and Card Types
group box, if you choose the
Display Cards with BP and Their Roles
button, the system displays a list of business partners and all their roles, depending on the card lock category. You can double-click the individual objects to display them.

You can double-click to display the individual cards.
Differentiate the locks on the selected cards by assigning a card procedure to them.
If you want to lock different card procedures of a card, you must select the card a corresponding number of times.
Save your entries or change to another tab page.
