Deleting Valuation Runs and Aggregation
Runs
You can delete valuation runs and aggregation runs at any time in order to reduce the memory requirement.
To delete runs, you first have to flag the runs you want to delete. To do so, proceed as follows:
...
1. On the SAP Easy Access screen choose Bank Analyzer ® Analytics ® Strategy Analyzer ® Run Administration ® Management ® Manage Valuation Runs, Manage Subvaluation Runs, or Manage Aggregation Runs.
2.
Select the
run that you want to delete and choose
Choose.
3.
Choose
Set
Deletion Flag.

The fact that the runs have to be flagged for deletion before they can be deleted means that you can ensure that runs are deleted only after this has been approved by another user.
