Adding Objects to the Translation List 

Use

You can define a list of objects that are to be translated. The objects that you can add to the list are:

·        Folders

·        Callable objects

·        Actions

·        Blocks

·        Process templates

·        Content packages

·        Object views

Prerequisites

You can only add active objects to the translation list.

Procedure

...

       1.      On the Translate Guided Procedures Content screen, choose Add…. The system opens screen Select Items for Translation.

       2.      Select the objects that you want to add to the list.

You can select multiple objects only if they are in the same folder.

When you add an object, the folder where it is located is added to the list as well.

       3.      Choose Add to List.

Result

You have created a translation list. You can continue with translating the objects.

If you want to reset the list, choose Clear List.
