Steps in the Visual Administrator of the SLD

Use
To be able to create external objects in the SLD from CEN, you require a JCo RFC Connection, which points to the RFC connection SAPSLDAPI of CEN.
Procedure

1. Start the Visual Administrator and log on as Administrator.
2. In the navigation bar, choose Cluster ® Server ® Services ® JCo RFC Provider ® Runtime and create a new RFC destination with the following connection data:

Enter any name here, but make sure that you assign the same name for the registered server program under the RFC connection SAPSLDAPI in CEN. |
Gateway host |
Enter the connection data of the gateway for the data supplier bridge of the SLD. By default, the gateway service uses the naming convention sapgw<System No.>. |
Number of processes |
Enter 3. |
Application server host |
Specify the connection data for a CEN application server. |
Client, Language |
Specify the logon data for an administrator in CEN. |
3. Choose Set, to create the connection.
