This planning function copies actual data from the previous year to the work plan versions of the plan year. This supplies suitable reference data to the planning functions that distribute the values across the customer hierarchy.
The following copy conditions apply: from old planning area (4TPM3000) to new planning area (4TPM8000), from value type 10 (actual) to value type 20 (plan), and from fiscal year previous year (variable FISCYEAR-1) to plan year (variable PLANYEAR).
