This role comprises the functions of the analytical application Churn Management. It also encompasses various data mining methods, such as clustering, decision trees, and association analysis, which serve to identify hidden patterns in the churn behavior of your customers and to counteract churn.

This role provides Web templates that allow you to display the Churn Management results in your portal.

To display the results in your portal, you need the following additional roles:

Churn Management - Profile (SAP_BW_CUSTOMER_CHURN2): This role contains the Web templates used to display the ABC profile and the clustering profile.

Churn Management - Source (SAP_BW_CUSTOMER_CHURN_SOURCE): This role contains all the objects delivered with SAP BW for Churn Management.
