Designing a Planning Model 

Purpose

The IT process Designing a Planning Model allows you to create a planning model using the planning modeler.

Use of the Process

This IT process is part of the following IT scenario:

Prerequisites

You need real-time InfoCubes as an InfoProvider to execute this process. You have created these in the Data Modeling IT process.

Process Flow

       1.      Select the desired real-time InfoCube as an InfoProvider.

       2.      You create one or more aggregation levels.

       3.      You create one or more filters.

       4.      You test the planning model.

Result

You have created a planning model for a particular InfoProvider.
