1. Define and upload DTD.
You can use the DTD (Doc Type Definition) delivered by SAP or your own DTDs. You can also use schemas.

In the standard system, the DTD is stored in the administration area in the OEPPR3 folder, context 40B, language EN.
2. Model properties.
Use the Document Modeling Workbench (DMWB) to create the metadata models for the different types of documents that you are using. These models are called content models. Content models are used to structure documents and for the architecture of editing documents in the application-specific context.
You have created content models for your document areas in the DMWB. You can extend your areas as required and create new document areas.
