Administrating SAP NetWeaver

1. From the SAP Solution Manager System Administration work center, you get overview of all the systems in the landscape. By selecting a system in this view, one gets access to tools local to the system and start or stop instance processes.
2. You execute a set of administrative tasks centrally from the SAP Solution Manager System Administration work center using the Central System Administration for ABAP systems in the landscape.
3. From the SAP Solution Manager System Administration work center, you select a Java system in the landscape, browse to the tools available to administrate that system, logon to the SAP NetWeaver Administrator and then start or stop Java applications. There you also analyze the application logs.
4. From the SAP Solution Manager System Administration work center, you select a Java system, logon to its NetWeaver Administrator and view the configuration parameters of the AS Java. You can also change the log configuration.
5. The SAP Solution Manager System Administration work center has links to tools for other administrative tasks such as database administration, central print management and license management
6. The SAP Solution Manager Job Management work center allows definition, scheduling and the monitoring of jobs.
7. The SAP Solution Manager System Landscape Management work center helps in managing the system landscape, transports and downtimes.
