Creating a Planning Function 

Purpose

The Creating a Planning Function IT process allows you to create planning functions in the BI planning modeler using an aggregation level.

Use of the Process

Prerequisites

You need real-time InfoCubes and an aggregation level as an InfoProvider to execute this process. You have created these in the data modeling IT process.

Process Flow

       1.      Choose an aggregation level as an InfoProvider.

       2.      Create a planning function.

       3.      Create a planning sequence.

Result

You have created a planning function on an aggregation level.
