(Infotype 1021)
Definition
Infotype that can be maintained for course types/courses and that contains the attendance fees (= prices for participation) needed for billing (external price) and internal activity allocation (internal price).
The attendance fees maintained in the Prices infotype for the course type are transferred when as default values when a course is created/planned. You can change these values, if necessary. When you book, settle or allocate costs for a participation, you can also overwrite these fees.

Structure
Specifying prices
· You can specify different prices for each settlement type:
An internal price for internal activity allocation
An external price for external billing
· For each of the prices, you must enter the appropriate currency for accounting and allocation.
Depending on the settings you make in Customizing under Set up control parameters for Cost Accounting, bookings are processed either free of charge or using the prices stored in the infotype.
Infotype maintenance
You maintain this infotype in Customizing for Training Management under Course Preparation or in Current Settings under Create course type.
When you create a course or book participation, you can either adopt the prices stored for the course type, or you can overwrite the proposed prices.
By choosing Courses ® Price proposal, you can determine a price based on the course costs and transfer this to the Prices infotype.
