Procedure documentation Calculating a Price Proposal  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

The following applies to time-dependent courses.

Procedure

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution ® Courses ® Price Proposal. The Calculate Course Prices and Transfer to Prices Infotype (1021) screen appears:
  2. Specify whether you want to start the report with a course, a course type, or a course group by selecting the relevant option.
  3. In the Object ID field, enter the details according to your selection: course, course type, or group. You can make a multiple selection if required.
  4. Enter the reporting period.
  5. In the Currency field, specify the currency in which prices should be displayed.
  6. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. The output screen Determine Course Costs and Propose as Price appears. If you want to adopt the proposed price and transfer it to infotype 1021 for the course, proceed as described from step 7.
  7. Select Propose as course price.
  8. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Price proposal.

Result

You have determined a price proposal and, if you carried out steps 7 and 8 adopted it as the price for your course in the Prices infotype.
