Caution

The following applies to time-dependent courses.

Use

This function lets you delete budget structures and all subordinate budget units. You can also delete budget structures partially.

Procedure

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution ® Courses ® Budget ® Budgeting. The Budgeting: Initial Screen appears.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. The Change Budget Structure: Initial Screen appears.
  3. Select the budget unit you want to delete or the budget structure to which the unit belongs.
  4. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. The Change Budget Structure screen appears.
  5. Select the budget unit you want to delete.
  6. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You have deleted the budget unit and all subordinate budget units.
