Use

The Appraisal function in Training Management enables you to perform appraisals of courses and participants. This provides you with an important method of quality assurance and keeps you informed of the level of knowledge and qualification of your employees.

From Training Management, you have direct access to the appraisal system of the Personnel Development application component, which offers a wide range of sophisticated appraisal functions.

Features

The Training Management component contains two forms of appraisal: course appraisal and participant appraisal. You access these either from the main menu of the application or via the dynamic menus.

In participant appraisals, the instructor evaluates the participants; in a course appraisal the participants evaluate the course.

Training Management only supports the appraisal type individual appraisal. It does not support the appraisal type group appraisal.
