Editing Participation in Time-Independent
Courses
Use
You can specify the number of times a participant may access the content of a WBT course in the Completion Specifications infotype (5008) stored for the course type. The SAP system logs the current number of accesses per learner in the booking document (PAD614).
As administrator, you can change the access counter per learner. You might do so, for instance, if an invalid access to a WBT occurred.
Prerequisites
You have entered the allowed number of accesses in the Completion Specifications infotype. This defines the maximum number of times a learner may access course content in the Learning Portal that is played online on the Content Player. The value 0 (zero) stands for unlimited access.
Scope of Functions
This function lets you change the following details per participation in Training Management:
Specifies how many learning objects of a course have already been completed by a participant.
Specifies how many learning objectives of a course have already been attained by a participant. A course could consist of 15 learning objects with 12 learning objectives assigned. Of these, the learner has so far completed ten objects and attained ten objectives.
Learning objects and learning objectives determine when a WBT is considered as passed.

Specifies how often course content may be called in the Learning Portal.

1. Call the transaction directly in Training Management with LSO_ETCHANGE or choose SAP Learning Solution ® Tools ® Databases ® Reset Access Counter.
The dialog box Initial Access: Edit Participation in Time-Independent Course appears.
2. Enter the values you require under Participant and Course.
3. Choose Detail Screen.
The dialog box Edit Participation in Time-Independent Course appears.
4. If required, change the entries under Learning Progress for:

¡ Learning objectives
¡ Accesses
5. Save your entries.
