Course Brochure

Use

In Training Management, you can create a brochure containing selected course types, groups, and where relevant, courses. The course brochure lists details of your current course offering.

Integration

You create the brochure by starting the report of the same name in the dynamic information menu. This report is listed among the reports available for courses. Alternatively, you can access it in either the dynamic participation menu or the dynamic course menu under Extras.

Here, you can select the data you want included in the brochure. The report then reads the relevant information from the infotypes and relationships stored for the course types and groups.

For example, for the contents of the course the report reads infotype 1002, subtype 0002 stored for the course type.

Prerequisites

There must be course types and groups maintained in the selection period that can be included in the brochure.

Features

You can select which course types and groups are included in the brochure.

You can ascertain whether all of the infotypes you want included in the brochure have, in fact, been maintained.

You can maintain any missing information.

You can include courses in the brochure.

You can create a table of contents.

You can download the brochure into WinWord for further editing.

You can update the brochure once you have made your final changes.

Print the brochure.

Activities

In the dynamic information menu, choose courses and select the report Course brochure. The report's selection screen appears.

Select parameters to indicate the data you want included in the brochure.

Choose

. The course brochure is created.

Check the information output for any missing information, which you can add by maintaining the relevant infotypes.

Print the brochure.
