Course Content Static (Infotype 5003) 

Definition

The infotype creates a relationship between the objects from Training Management and the course content called using a URL.

Use

You maintain this infotype for courses with the delivery method Virtual Classroom Training and External WBT

As administrator, you set up the relationship between a course (for example, HR315 Recruitment Web-based on 05/26 that is listed in the course catalog as virtual classroom training) and the content of this course. After learners have booked themselves on this course, they can access the course content using a link in the Learning Portal. However, they can only access the content as of the start date of the course. After the course has been completed, the link is no longer available. You create the link in the form of a URL that can refer to the company or outside the company.

Infotype maintenance

On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution ® Settings ® Current Settings ® Course Type.
