Generating a Budget Structure
The following applies to time-dependent courses.
Use
This function lets you generate a budget structure automatically from an existing organizational structure.
Procedure

1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution ® Courses ® Budget ® Budgeting. The Budgeting: Initial Screen appears.

. The Generate Budget Structure screen
appears.
3. Enter the name of the organizational unit you want to copy.
4. Select the budget type and the budget period for which you want to create a budget structure.
5. Select Generate financing relationships if you want to link the budget units to the corresponding organizational units (and any underlying budget units and organizational units) as well.
6. Select Use relationship period of organizational unit if you want the system to use the relationship period between the root organizational unit and the underlying organizational unit. If you want the system to use the period when both the organizational unit and the budget unit exist, do not select this option.

Choose . The Change Budget Structure screen
appears.
Result
The budget structure has been generated from the selected organizational structure.
