Significance of Account Groups for Organizational Unit 

Use

Each organizational unit can change the significance setting made in the account group hierarchy for an account group. However, it is only possible to deselect the significance setting specified centrally for an account group. It is not possible to define additional account groups as significant.

Prerequisites

·        The organizational hierarchy and the account group hierarchy have been defined.

·        You have authorization for the task Specify Significance of Accounts for Organizational Unit (EDIT-ACCSO).

·        The task is scheduled (see Task Scheduling).

Features

The system displays all account groups in the account group hierarchy and their respective centrally-defined significance. All account groups that have been defined centrally as significant automatically become significant for the organizational unit as well. You can undo this default setting by deselecting the automatically-set indicator in the Signif. for Org Unit column.
