This query displays the headcount (= number of employees) and the headcount in full-time equivalents in the last 12 months and the last 4 quarters (end of each quarter). Different organizational data can be used for the report (see Free Characteristics).

Filters

When the query is called, the Employment Status characteristic filters all employees with employment status 3 (= active) and the Employee Group characteristic filters all employees who belong to employee group 1 (= active). That is, the query only displays results for active employees.
