Use
The order report contains an evaluation with which you can display an overview of the BOM level status in the production order, taking the grid values and categories into account. This evaluation is based on the requirements element sales order and on the stock elements planned order and production order.
With the aid of this information you can recognize problems early during production and procurement all the way to the SKU level (see
Order Report).
Features
For each requirements element you determine which stock element you have planned for it. This way you can check how far the production for a certain sales order has progressed. You can also find out at which BOM level and for which components there are missing parts at SKU level or difficulties meeting deadlines.
The
exception messages appear red. They are based on the data material of the AFS stock/ requirements list. If there is a problem at an inferior BOM level, the order is highlighted blue.If there are changed production quantities during the production cycle, for example because of changed requirements, you can adjust the requirements to each other during the production at SKU level.
Traffic lights in the display indicate whether or not the assignment is fixed.

The traffic lights do not inform you about the MRP status.
Normally you use this transaction from the AFS stock/ requirements list or the AFS MRP list. That means there must have been a unique assignment of requirements to the stock by using grid values and categories (see
