Transfer Posting and Stock Transfer 
Use
In the SAP system you not only have the option of posting goods receipts and goods issues, but also of entering internal goods movements with stock transfers and transfer postings. Whereas transfer postings are "logical" goods movements to which no physical goods movements need to correspond, there is always a physical goods movement connected to stock transfers.

Transfer postings, stock transfers, and their reversals have been adapted in the AFS system to meet the needs of the apparel and footwear industry. You therefore now have the following possibilities:
