POWL for ILM Audit Package Administrators
You use this function to create, display and process audit packages in the Retention Warehouse.
The personal object worklist (POWL) for employees with the back-end role ILM Audit Package Administrator
(SAP_ILM_WP_ADMIN
) is the central instance of Audit Package Management for processing audit packages. You cannot execute the other applications of Audit Package Management without the POWL.

This function belongs to Audit Package Management.
Prerequisites
You installed and configured the business package for Retention Warehouse Administration 1.50. For more information, see the business package documentation.
You need the ILM Audit Package Administrator
(SAP_ILM_WP_ADMIN
) role in the back-end system to create and edit audit packages.
Features
The POWL provides an overview of the audit packages in the Retention Warehouse (see the section “Activities”). This overview shows the status of the audit packages in Audit Package Management.
The POWL also provides access to all applications of Audit Package Management. You can process audit packages that were already created only if you belong to the authorization group to which the audit package is assigned.
Status Management
In Audit Package Management, each audit package receives one of the following statuses after each processing step is executed:

Activities
Call the Retention Warehouse in the SAP NetWeaver Portal or SAP NetWeaver Business Client. The Retention Warehouse displays the POWL in an overview.
The first time you call it, you have to define a query. You can specify that the POWL displays all audit packages. However, you can process audit packages that were already created only if you belong to the authorization group to which the audit package is assigned.
If you want to continue processing an existing audit package, select it in the overview of audit packages and choose the function you want to use.
