  Call up Production Tracking Information

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access Menu, choose Start of the navigation path Production Planning Next navigation step Manufacturing Execution Next navigation step Action Handler Next navigation step Evaluation Production Tracking Information End of the navigation path (transaction /N/SAPAPO/TI01).

    The Evaluation Tracking Information screen appears.

  2. Make your selections according to the criteria Order/Alternative Identification, Action Point or Line (only if iPPE is used).

    Recommendation Recommendation

    Enter the action points that you are responsible for as individual values, and save your entries in the display variant.

    Customer data programmed using a Business Add-In cannot be used for the selection.

  3. If necessary, change the Selection horizon proposed by the system.

    Note Note

    If you have not restricted the data selection according to order/alternative identification or action point, a warning message appears. Restrict the selection to increase system performance.

    This takes you to the display of the tracking records for the selection. In the left-hand screen area you see a navigation tree that is grouped according to action points. By double-clicking on an action point you receive a list of the relevant tracking records in the right-hand screen area.

    All tracking records on this object are in the right-hand screen area.

    Customer data, programmed using a Business Add-In is displayed in your own columns.

    Display tracking records for several objects in the navigation tree

    Select block of objects with SHIFT or several separate objects with CTRL.

    Drag selected objects to the table in the right-hand screen area, or click right mouse button and choose Adopt selection .

    All tracking records for these objects are in the right-hand screen area.

    Customer data, programmed using a Business Add-In is displayed in your own columns.

    Display all tracking records

    You receive tracking records for all objects in the navigation tree. If there are more than 10,000 tracking records, the system displays a message warning you that performance may be slowed down.

    Delete tracking record

    Select tracking record, +

    The tracking record is only selected for deletion. It is only deleted on saving.

    Select Characteristic View from list

    The columns for the configuration characteristics and their evaluation are added to the tracking records.

    Prerequisite: You have carried out the action Adopt Evaluation for Tracking ( 01SAP_CONFIGURATION_4_TRACKING).

    Change to order processing

    Double-click on order number in the tracking record

    This navigation is only possible if the order still exists in the system and no final confirmation has been made.

    Update display

    Check which orders are currently between two action points (Work in Pogress = WIP)

    Select 2 different action points, and choose . Alternatively, click right mouse button and choose Calculate Orders in Process (WIP).

    Prerequisite: You either work with iPPE or you have defined in Customizing in the process step Settings for Action Handler how the action points follow each other (predecessor/successor relationship).

    If you work with iPPE, only those orders which have both action points in their production version are evaluated. This prevents the inclusion of orders from CKDs (Completely Knocked-Down Kits), which are transferred to a different place after passing the first action point in order to be further processed there.
