 Update Rules for Historical Data Capture

Use

For historical data capture, the system applies update rules to adjust the historical demand data to the requirements of Service Parts Planning (SPP).

Features

Demand History from SAP CRM

If you create a demand history using data from SAP CRM, the following update rules are relevant for updating the data from DataStore object 9ARAWDATand InfoCube 9ADEMAND:

  • 80CRM_SALO

    If you have loaded order data from SAP CRM, the system uses this update rule to load the data from InfoSource 80CRM_SALO into DataStore object 9ARAWDAT and InfoCube 9ADEMAND.

  • 9ASPP_CD_CSV_LOAD

    If you have loaded order data from SAP CRM from a CSV file, the system uses this update rule to load the data from InfoSource 9ASPP_CD_CSV_LOAD into DataStore object 9ARAWDAT and InfoCube 9ADEMAND.

Demand History from SAP ERP

If you have created the demand history using data from SAP ERP, the following update rules are relevant:

  • The system uses the following update rules to update data in DataStore objects 9ASDDATand 9APURDAT :

    • 2LIS_11_VASCL

      If you have loaded order data from SAP ERP, the system uses this update rule to load the data from InfoSource 2LIS_11_VASCL into DataStore object 9ASDDAT.

    • 2LIS_02_SCL

      If you have loaded stock transfer data from SAP ERP, the system uses this update rule to load the data from InfoSource 2LIS_02_SCL into DataStore object 9APURDAT.

    • 9ASDDAT_CSV

      If you have loaded order data from SAP ERP from a CSV file, the system uses this update rule to load the data from InfoSource 9ASDDAT_CSV into DataStore object 9ASDDAT.

    • 9APURDAT_CSV

      If you have loaded stock transfer data from SAP ERP from a CSV file, the system uses this update rule to load the data from InfoSource 9APURDAT_CSV into DataStore object 9APURDAT.

  • The system uses the following update rules to update data in DataStore object 9ARAWDATand InfoCube 9ADEMAND :

    • 89ASDDAT

      If you have loaded order data from SAP ERP, the system uses this update rule to load the data from InfoSource 89ASDDAT into DataStore object 9ARAWDAT and InfoCube 9ADEMAND.

    • 89APURDAT

      If you have loaded stock transfer data from SAP ERP, the system uses this update rule to load the data from InfoSource 89ASPURDAT into DataStore object 9ARAWDAT and InfoCube 9ADEMAND.

    • 9ASD_CSVLOAD

      If you have loaded order data from SAP ERP from a CSV file, the system uses this update rule to load the data from InfoSource 9ASD_CSVLOAD into DataStore object 9ARAWDAT and InfoCube 9ADEMAND.

    • 9APUR_CSVLOAD

      If you have loaded stock transfer data from SAP ERP from a CSV file, the system uses this update rule to load the data from InfoSource 9APUR_CSVLOAD into DataStore object 9ARAWDAT and InfoCube 9ADEMAND.
