Using Workspace Views

Use

You use this procedure to select a file view in the SAP@Web Studio’s Workspace and access file-related functions.

The Workspace displays Internet Transaction Server (ITS) files in two views:

View	Description
Workspace – Project View	Displays all unpublished files assigned to a current project on your hard disk. These files are stored in the default project directory.
Workspace – Repository View	Displays all published files in the R/3 Repository.

Procedure

The following table describes the functions available for manipulating Workspace views and the files they display:

Function	Procedure
Select view	Select the tab for the view you want. To display the Workspace – Repository View, you must first connect to the R/3 System.
Edit file	Double-click on file name or right-click and choose Open. HTML templates open in the HTML Source view of the HTMLBusiness editor To edit an attached flow file, switch to the Flow Source view. Service files and language resources open in the grid control editor
Other file-related functions	Select file in the Workspace – Project View and right-click. You see a list of possible functions in a pop-up window. For further information, see Using ITS File Management Functions.
