Displaying Individual Properties as a List in the SAP System

Use

You can use this procedure to display data for a value assignment type as a list in the SAP System.

Prerequisites

You have run a specification search or loaded a set of hits in the specification information system and are located on the hit list screen (see Accessing the Specification Information System).

Procedure

Select the specifications for which you want to display the data for a value assignment type.

Choose

The Specification Information System: Property Tree appears.

Choose the set of hits you require by double-clicking.

The Specification Information System: Value Assignment screen appears. The SAP System lists the data for the selected value assignment type. The data records for value assignment types with multiple values assigned are displayed in a vertical list.
