Statistical Postings

Use

This function allows you to update postings in other components, which are not to consume budget in Funds Management, stastically only in Funds Management. There is no availability control for statistical postings, the budget is not used by the postings.

Prerequisites

Note that posting items can only be update statistically if a commitment item is posted with the financial transaction 30.

Identification of the MM movement type as not budget relevant

You make the necessary settings in the Customizing of Funds Management Government by choosing Actual and commitments updating/Integration ® Integration ® Integration inventory management ® Select movement types.

Overriding the valid update profile per value type

You make the necessary settings in the Customizing of Funds Management Government by choosing Actual and commitments updating/Integration ® General settings ® Override update profile.

Note

If the system cannot determine a funds center for a statistical posting of your derivation strategy, the top funds center is automatically posted.
