Totaling Up Budget Values in Batch 

1. Choose Accounting ® Public Sector Management ® Funds Management ® Budgeting ® Tools ® Totaling Up.
2. Enter an FM area.
3. Enter a budget version.

If you do not enter a version, the system automatically uses version 0.

4. Choose Overall if you want to total up overall values for a fund.
5. Choose whether you want to total up the budget values for the Budget or the Releases.
6. Choose Add new data, if
1. the budget values of the budgeted funds centers should stay the same and
2. the new funds centers and commitment items, that have not received budget so far, should receive budget.
7. Execute the program.

When totaling up the budget values, all changes which you have made to your original budget by means of budget updates such as supplements, are not taken into account for each transaction but are entered into the original budget. If availability control is active for the specified FM area and specified fiscal year, you must reconstruct the assigned values after totaling up the budget values. For more information on this, refer to Reconstructing Assigned Values.
