Display and Delete Contents of the Performance Database
Use
Statistical data for non-SAP R/3 Systems (Distributed Statistics Records, DSR) is, like SAP R/3 statistical records, stored and aggregated in a performance database. You can display locally available data records of this DSR database in a table.
In this way, you can quickly obtain an overview of the periods and monitored components for which statistical data is available. You can also manually delete individual data records from the database here. To ensure the consistency of the database, a reorganization is automatically performed after a deletion, which can lead to other data records also being deleted.

The reorganization is normally performed by the SAP_REORG_NONE_R3_STAT_DB job once a day. A delete operation is logged in the collector log (see also auch

Column |
Meaning |
|
Component |
This field indicates the component from which this data record originates. |
|
Component type |
This field indicates the type of component without underlying SAP R/3 System that is creating the statistical data (such as Internet Transaction Server). |
|
System |
This field contains the name of the assigned SAP R/3 System; it means that the DSR component of this SAP R/3 System is issuing or responding to queries. If the component is not assigned to an SAP R/3 System, the field contains the entry <<NONE>>, if it is assigned to multiple systems, it contains the entry <<MULTISYS>>. The assigned system must not be identical to the monitoring system in which the statistical data for the component is administered. |
|
Time Period |
This field indicates the aggregation level of the statistical data: Day (D), Week (W) or month (M). |
|
Date |
This field indicates the date of the data records; for data on a weekly or monthly basis, this is the first date to which the data record refers. |
|
Time Zone |
This field describes the position of an object in relation to its local time. The underlying rule set describes the time difference of the time zone relative to UTC and the start and end of summer time. Due to this rule set, it is neither necessary, nor meaningful for summer and winter time to use different time zones. |
