You can use this function to define the variant settings for archiving the archiving object PP_ORDER.

You can use the following criteria to select the production orders that are to be archived:

• Order number
• Order type
• Plant
• Material number
• MRP controller
• Production scheduler

You can also define:

• A short text for the archiving run

You can also restrict the size of the archiving run by defining the following:

• Maximum number of orders
• Block size for orders (number of orders that are processed together)

You can set the following flags to control the archiving run:

• Create archiving file

• Deletion program as test
