Purpose
You should always use the role documentation when you want a role-based and hence task-oriented view on the workflow documentation. You have to identify one of the predefined workflow roles as representative for your task area.
The purpose of the role documentation is to make access to SAP Business Workflow as easy as possible.

This documentation contains tutorials for the SAP Business Workflow development and administration environment.
This documentation contains a description of the R/3 application component tasks and workflows supplied.
This documentation contains a description of the integration of Web forms and electronic forms with the SAP System.
There are links in the individual roles of the role documentation to various parts of this documentation.
Only the reference documentation contains a description of all functions.
