Use

The Workflow Builder offers teamworking functions that support workflow development in a team.

You also have the option to assign a self-defined grouping characteristic to each step. In the optionally displayable Teamworking tray, you can search for steps that have a particular grouping characteristic and/or particular change data.

In the Workflow Builder options, you can also graphically highlight the steps according to the grouping characteristics or according to the last user to make a change.

Activities

You define the grouping characteristic of a step on the Properties tab page in the step definition. For more information, see Maintenance of Tab Page Properties

You can activate the Teamworking tray in the Workflow Builder options. For more information, see Workflow Builder Options.
