Use
You can use the Dislikes subprofile to store the individual dislikes of persons (and of the other planning object types listed above) with regard to their professional development. Dislikes can be taken into account in Career and Succession Planning.

One of your employees has family commitments and does not want to work as an external training instructor since this would involve a considerable amount of time spent traveling away from home. You assign him a dislike for the position External instructor.
Structure
The object type and name are displayed for every relationship.
You can specify a validity period for every dislike.
You can enter comments (notes) for every dislike expressed, and for the entire Dislikes subprofile.
Integration
You can also define a Dislikes subprofile for object types other than those for which standard settings have been made. For further information about defining profiles, refer to the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Personnel Development under Functions
® Define profile view.
