Procedure

  1. Select the object you want.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    3. The <Object type>: Display Profile (<Data selection period>) screen appears.

  3. Choose the tab page of the subprofile that you want to display.

    4. Note

    You can display the subprofile in graphic form. To do so, choose <Subprofile> ® Table Control List.

  4. To display additional information for the following object types, work your way through the steps listed in the table below:

Choose Settings ® Key on

Qualification/Requirement

Double-click the entry in question.

Person and applicant

Choose Goto ® HR master data or Applicant master data.

Applicant

Choose Goto ® Short profile.

 

Result

The system displays the subprofile of the object, or additional information.
